What you will do

In this role, you will work closely with the entire data team and the rest of the organization. Within the data team you will work together with Data Engineering, Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure that we can use data as effectively as possible. For the different departments within our organization, you will develop key data models and data products for each domain, together with data analysts and engineers.

You will ensure that our data platform is best in class in terms of data quality and define, together with the team, standards & implement best practices.

Finally, you work on education, sharing these standards across the organization and ensuring others can work efficiently with them.

In this position you will have the opportunity to develop analytics engineering within our organization and develop yourself as an analytics engineer.

You will work Agile, where you will have a lot of responsibility and freedom and be allowed to make decisions early on. Also, you have:

Relevant work experience in technical data roles (Analytics engineer, Technical Data Analyst , Bi, Data Engineerg)
Extensive experience with SQL
Experience with DBT
Experience with data modeling (e.g. Kimball)
Good knowledge of Data Warehousing, workflow orchestration, and data visualization tooling
Strong communication skills to explain technically complex issues understandably.

In this role, you will collaborate and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
