What will you do?

The Customer Contact Center of De Bijenkorf is part of our Customer Operations department. Together with over 150 colleagues, including (team) managers, trafficers, workforce management and customer experts, we strive to be the best contact center in North-West Europe, ensuring that every customer feels special.
