The Finance department consists of four teams: Administration, Controlling, Legal and Risk & Internal audit.
Ensures all operational processes related to financial administration, accounting, accurate processing of invoices and payments, etc.
Provides periodic financial reports, management information and ad hoc analyzes for the daily operation. This team is also responsible for the implementation of the planning & control cycle and for identifying and managing financial risks.
The legal team ensures that all legal questions from our internal departments are answered and they represent the interests of de Bijenkorf in legal proceedings.
Risk & Internal audit
This team provides independent testing of our processes, makes risk assessments in areas such as fraud and cyber and ensures that we can respond quickly.
