Our HR organization consists of three departments: HR services, HR operations and HR talent. HR services is responsible for our administration and all systems. The HR operations team is responsible for the execution of the daily HR practice. The organization & development team provides the frameworks and plans for this.
The Finance department consists of four teams:
· Legal and Risk
· Internal audit.
Administration takes care of all operational processes around financial administration and Controlling provides periodic financial reports, management information and ad hoc analyses for the daily operations.
