Sales Associate

Conform onze eigen CAO kun je rekenen op:

• Maandsalaris van € 2.430,82 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband
• Extra vergoeding of vrije tijd voor werken in het weekend en op feestdagen
• 8% vakantietoeslag in mei
• Jaarlijkse winstdeling tussen 2% en 6%, afhankelijk van de bedrijfsresultaten
• Twee keer per jaar een kledingkaart om een inspirerende outfit uit te kiezen
• 20% personeelskorting op het assortiment van de Bijenkorf
• 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur (naar rato bij parttime)
• Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km; vanaf 22 km krijg je na je proeftijd een NS Business Card
• Pensioenregeling
• Persoonlijk vitaliteitsbudget tot € 500,- per jaar wat je kunt gebruiken voor bijvoorbeeld je sportschool abonnement

• Customer focus: If a customer is looking for something we don’t have, you’ll go the extra mile to help. Sometimes that means offering an alternative—we do everything to make sure our guests leave with a smile.
• Communication: If something’s on your mind, you address it directly instead of avoiding the issue.

Key requirement:
Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
